We are elderly my husband is 85 with dementia and our air quit working in the middle of the night Jhosh fit us in within a couple hours of my call had us fixed and running strong within a hour thank you so much.
I called as a new customer to have them come out to check my AC. The customer service was delightful and informative. He called me back to let me know they were in the area and would arrive within 5 mins of his phone call. They showed up less than 20 mins after I initially called. Fantastic response time!
Tyler, and Matt, showed up on time. Professional and so nice. It was in the upper 90s in the house when they arrived. They quickly found and fixed the problem. If you need AC work, This is the only phone call you need to make.A big shout out to Amy, she was friendly and patient with me. It was so hot in the house. I was crying.
