My experience with David over the phone and his son DJ on site were exceptional. Two super nice men and professional. What I was quoted sight unseen and then after the job was done was pretty much spot on. They were both very thorough and answered all my questions. There was nothing unexpected and all the information was upfront. Very reasonably priced. I had my hot water heater pulled and then reinstalled due to a mold issue in the closet it was in. I had no issues with their part of the project. He even replaced potential hazards from the previous installation that may have caused future damage which I really appreciated. We have recently dealt with plumbing nightmares, specifically multiple PEX leaks. Consequently, I have witnessed several plumbers and companies perform repairs. Most often this has involved repiping the old inferior PEX tubing originally used in the house's construction. This is particularly challenging given the plumbing is largely buried in the concrete slab.
I've spoken with David on multiple occasions and his advice has been both kind and educational, especially in regards to identifying leaks prior to attempting repairs.
