From start to finish this was superb customer service, honesty & transparency in dealing with the technician that came out (Hunter). And really just made the entire experience one I wish other companies would catch on to. Yes their annual plan may be a little higher than some of the others put there but the extra $50-$60 for the year as a whole is well worth it to feel secure in dealing with honest techs and attentive customer service agents.
