I have used Ferland Home Maint for several projects this year.Minor repairs like outdoor spigot fix, tub caulking, gutter cleaning to major repairs like fence repair and my big project having my back porch pergola repaired.The pergola and a major undertaking as the 4 posts were rotting at the base. The posts were cut, rotten wood and original concrete removed, new concrete base built, wood platform built, pergola repainted and roof added.I absolute love the results and will certainly be using Ferland for future projects and home repairs!I totally recommend Ferland Home Maintenance
