“I've been a client at Kelly's for over 3 years. There isn't a hair stylist there that I wouldn't recommend. Her nail artists are absolutely amazing, too! Her makeup artist also does beautiful work! The salon is always a clean, inviting place to walk into. I highly recommend Kelly's! ?Services: Waxing”
