Williams Electric is a Joke! I called to have a 2 prong outlet changed into a 3 prong (outlet box wasn't grounded and I didn't know how to add the ground wire). I thought they wouldn't charge much for something simple so I called them. Huge mistake! they charged me $110 dollars for something that took 10 min to fix. DO NOT CALL THIS PPL, they must be starving, they way overcharged, they probably don't get many customers due to their bad reputation. This happened to me for not asking about them and reading all the negative reviews.

TERRIBLE. We were way overcharged. For a job that shouldn’t have took very long. Total drive time was about 42 minutes and the problem should’ve been the first thing checked for and is not a hard or long fix. They charged us $300 and had 2 hours down. We are currently in school and they couldn’t arrange a time to come when one of us would be home. So we have no idea how long it actually took. We won’t be using them in the future. Wish I would’ve known before.Service: Electrical power restoration
