I left a voice message very early one morning after my a/c broke down during the night and received a phone call when the business opened. One of their workers arrived a few hours later, identified the problem immediately and made the repairs quickly.
Customer service was excellent and the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful.
Literally 3 years of constant freeze ups and the unit without ANY downtime. I called AT’s who I had primarily used in the past, but one weekend I had to have someone immediately 6 dogs and 4 ppl, got to have air!!! Mistake #1!!
I called AT’s on Friday, they showed up late but didn’t charge OT bc they said they’d get to us. Adjusted the txv, didn’t work, said it was trash and trust me that system replaced is TRASH!!!

So pleased with this company. Most definitely won’t use anyone else after using them for my last few years. I have major breathing problems so I can’t take the heat and they responded very quickly when my a/c recently went out.Services: Heating system repair
