I had an amazing experience with customer service and our bumper hitch attachment kit came in perfect condition and in great timing, especially for it being around the holiday season, didn't get it before Christmas, but that's on me, but definitely a few days after Christmas. I'm impressed!

Such a low cost. I had looked into other alternatives to convert my John Deer S120 riding lawn mower into a mulching one. Other alternatives were expensive. I did not see this in the search I had done in various website, including John Deer.My neighbor saw it and he has a larger John Deer riding lawn mower. He asked that I get him one and he repaid me.Thanks.

I ordered a mulch kit for my JD Z345M. It didn't fit so I requested a return authorization. I got it very fast with no problems. Great company to do business with. I will look to them for parts in the future.
