“Edit:<br>I am making an edit to my review. I stand firmly on what I stated about Gaby Rice and the work she did. However, I would like to correct myself on my assumptions about management. Once management was informed of my side of things and saw my photos, I was immediately contacted by Aimee, who also got me in IMMEDIATELY to fix what had happened. Not not only did she correct the current cut I was given, but she is also working with me to assure I can eventually end up getting what I originally came in for. I am going to change my star review to a four only because of Amy and her professionalism, her talent and ability to fix the damage that had been done. However, I will still absolutely rate Gabby a 1 due to the lack of honesty in her abilities, gaslighting me to make me think the cut was OK, and the inability to provide the cut I asked for. I do hate for luxury or Aimee to end up losing customers due to this and would absolutely give Aimee a 10 start rating. However, I would absolutely ask to be assured you are not given Gaby for your haircut. Aimee though, she’s a true professional and artist, she made me so much happier and my hair actually look cute BEFORE I even got out of her chair today.<br>Original Post:<br>Incredibly disappointed with my cut. Not what I asked for at all. Not even. Have pieces literally half to a finger length longer than the others. I believe Gaby was either a new stylist or/and did not know how to cut curly hair. I informed her of having naturally curly hair and she never said she was not comfortable with my hair type. I had to ask her to try to fix spots multuple times after she made the first attempt at being done with it, but she was never successful at doing so. The owner was also there but never once came out to advise or try to fix the cut. Never addressed me or tried to fix the situation. I am incredibly disappointed in the cut and management.”
