We called Sweets out on a Sunday afternoon because we had thought we fixed a burst pipe only to find out we didn't fix the whole problem and were in over our heads. We called and were able to talk to a technician. He talked with us about the problem and gave us pricing for coming out on Sunday. He told us he would be here in about an hour and a half. And hour and a half later, he showed up. Very courteous and professional he got to work right away. Replaced some of the parts we had "fixed" with better parts without saying anything. Excellent service. I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out the same day. Andrew came and worked on my problem. He explained what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly, which was important for me since this was at my business. I would definitely use them again.
