These guys...! AMAZING! First time for me to need an exterminator and I wanted a non-nationwide company and the first one to answer the phone was Farris-Ault. John answered the phone and was friendly, informative and seemed to really care about his customers. He was flexible with his schedule and I really appreciated that. Billy came out and did the first inspection and took the time to explain a few things and answer several questions. He too is friendly and easy to work with and I felt immediate trust in him. So much so that I left him at my house alone when he came back to do the treatment. You would be very wise to choose this company for any necessary extermination needs.

Within 5 minutes of being on a phone call with John, I could tell this was a very down-to-earth straight-forward business. They were able to show up early for my appointment and gave me a courtesy call. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, answered my zillion questions & actually found another problem I was completely unaware of. They’re also cheaper than their competitors so it was kind of a no-brainer. Highly recommend.

We've used them for years. They are just the sweetest people I've ever met. Hard-working and do a thorough job. They took care of a german roach infestation we got after buying furniture at a garage sale. They take care of ants that come in the house every other summer. They took care of some pest that got in the trees. Never had a single negative experience. I can't say enough good things.
