Ricky from Cool Down Heat & Air was assigned to my claim through my warranty company (that has let me down before...) -- he was very flexible with my schedule, very communicative, had fast availability, respectful, and excellent at what he does. He explained what my issue was, how to prevent something similar happening in the future, and proactively reached out to my warranty company to get approval for a new thermostat (as mine was shorting out and very very old). They approved it and he came back again within 24 hours to replace it, and it took maybe 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be calling him again on my own if I run into any other HVAC/Mechanical... read full review

Quick response, clean and professional. I have split zone units in my house. Three of them. Two of the furnaces started giving me trouble just as the cool weather started Setting in. I contacted Rick with Cool down heating and air and he had one of his technicians named Xavier at the house that evening. He had one of the furnaces up and running within an hour. The other furnace was a little more complicated and it was getting late so the next evening Rick himself came out, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed and running within the hour, they put everything back together and cleaned up around their work area. could not of expected any better service Cool down heating... read full review

Just starting out with an estimate , Rick arrived on time like scheduled he was very thorough on his explanation. I know nothing about air so he explained where i could understand….Rick and his helper also completed the installation of both furnace and AC unit in 2 hr 48 minutes!!! Now that’s fast if you ask me.. they cleaned up afterwards and even wore little booties and put a drape cloth down where they walked so they wouldn’t track debris indoors now that’s professional.. I’m glad to have use their services and will always !!!I would definitely recommend them and give them 6 ⭐️’sServices: Heating system installation
