I had a stellar experience with all the ladies at the office. Even with an issue! Everyone was warm, friendly, and super helpful. When I received my glasses from AVC there was an issue with the material. I went back in with my glasses that weren’t correct and there was a bit of a deeper error. I always say mistakes happen within every business… but what a business does when they do is what shows character and earns repetitive and new clients/guests… Extra thanks to Mary who represented the business taking good care of me as they found the issue and made it right with respect and value of customer. Jason and I are glad to do business here. Thanks Dr and all her lovely staff. My husband and I will happily continue to promote this business. Everyone go see Dr. Abby (who always given us the best care and hospitality), Mary, and Sherydan at AVC in Claremore. They’ll take great care of your vision and treat you like businesses always did back in the days gone by, earning your business through good product and service.

My husband and I recently got new vision insurance and this was one of the only places we could find that took our insurance I’m so glad they did because our experience was awesome! Dr Abbey & The whole staff were so KIND and so helpful. They took time with us to make sure everything was correct and what we needed. They are very child friendly which is a huge plus, We had our 3 year old with us, & everyone was so sweet to him & he had plenty of things to do while we waited and being seen. We have seen several different optometrist over the years and I have to say this is by far the best experience/establishment we have been to, & will probably be forever patients!
