I’ve used the Su-V gun constantly for over 3 years and it doesn’t disappoint! I use it to sear meat and to light my grills. Recently it got knocked off a counter and required a small fix. I sent it back to Grill Blazer and not only did they repair it, they made it look almost brand new. I may start sending it back for maintenance on a regular basis after seeing their work. This picture is my Su-V gun as it was just shipped back.
Youtube videos and reviews do not do the GrillBlazer justice. Sure everyone is mightily impressed, but you don't get the full experience until you've actually used it. Amazing piece of equipment!
Online companies could learn a great deal from GrillBlazer. Prompt, courteous replies to enquires. Followed up by prompt dispatch & notification that ordered goods are on way together with intent to establish the order has been received.Added to this is the quality & utility of their products.Rarely would I give a company 5 stars but GrillBlazer earns it in every respect.
