I should have written a review earlier because my experience still unfortunately haunts me, but I'm writing this now because I just had to listen over to them over the phone take all the money left in my account because they entered in my information wrong again.

I went to their services about 2 or 3 years ago and was seen by Dr. Rex. Service was terrible. I tried talking to Rex about my most serious issues but he just made a bewildered face and deflected. I did not feel like I could fully open up to the counselor because of this. I don't know what angle he was going for but obviously that didn't work. Secondly, they lied about taking my insurance. Top notch staff. My family has greatly bennifited from working with Options Counseling Services. Ms. Pam, Steve, and Rex are all wonderful counselors! I thank God, for putting them in our lives.
