I've been wearing glasses and contacts for a long time now and I've gone in and out of many offices. I gotta say that this is the easiest place I've gotten my stuff taken care of at. I haven't hassled with the staff, anytime I call and ask about things the staff is very friendly. The place is spotless and the doctors seem very knowledgeable. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I live in Dallas and left my bag that had my contacts in them. I called and Lisa helped me, she asked me to have my prescription faxed from my eye doctor back home and when they did, I picked up some sample contacts and they didn't even charge me. Terrific customer service from Lisa and MyEyeDr !

Everyone is always helpful! Had Appt at 9:40 am Tue 9/28/21. Cannot recall ladies names(age telling on me) & no name tags, but one started my paperwork, & even had glasses already picked out, waiting for me! Looking for them REALLY stresses me out, so I really appreciate that. VERY patient while I tried them on.In a bit, she was told ‘lunchtime’, so another took over, & explained all options, & searched for discounts due no insurance. Needless to say, both ladies VERY courteous & polite. Excellent customer service!!
