You can send an I’m on my way from their website to shorten wait time. Thé intake nurse was attentive (Mr. Jimmy Moon) amd thé Dr (Jeff Hillhouse) was attentive, thorough and efficient. My little guy was well taken care of. Great experience. Expertise was fabulous.
The staff at this location was very friendly. There had just been an emergency with an ambulance present and the patient was being wheeled out. Because of this, there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it to me.
I want to commend and thank Dr. K. Felten and Sam for taking care of my issue - I can HEAR again, woohoo! Kudos ladies!

They were very prompt with seeing me, and they always make sure to read my chart before coming in, which is very helpful so I don't have to explain all my medical problems when I need help, they are able to piece things together well and understand why I'm having certain issues. Today I was seen by Cynthia, APRN-CNP and she was wonderful, a very kind woman. She told me that even though she does not see anything wrong on the outside, it does not mean I'm making it up, and that she does believe me. She gave me a plan of action, I really appreciated that!
