I have medical ptsd & a severe phobia of the dentist. With that said- Kailee & Dr Gentling were calm, gentle and treated me with respect. They explained everything to me thoroughly each step of the way. Everyone I encountered from setting up my appointment on the phone, to the front desk, the assistants and the Dr were very kind, compassionate & empathetic. I wasn’t shamed for not seeing a dentist in several years, instead Dr Gentling encouraged me & cheered for me. Although I have some work that needs to be done, we came up with a game plan and for once, I know I will follow through. I may not like going to the dentist, but my fears have eased with this team.
