Grief recovery program: I have been in and out of therapy for 12 years and I am not opposed therapy, however, this program helped me process and gain tools more efficiently than I've experienced in other past self help therapies.
I encourage anyone and everyone to do this course even if you have not yet experienced a personal close death, like me, since as the program will explain there are over 40 different types of griefs.
