If you’re used to going to a chain store, you’re going to see why a family-owned business is so much better. I have never felt rushed or like I am an inconvenience. John and his team have taught me how to care for my pool since I became a pool owner three years ago. They take their time and explain everything, always providing written instructions on the steps I need to take. They are always so patient and kind, breaking things down for me. After 18 years of home ownership I just had my first pool installed this summer. I asked our pool installation company who and where they recommended for the chemicals that were needed and they said Carr’s. From the first time I walked in, they guided me every step of the way. They start by testing your water and then tell you what chemicals you need, how much, and when (timing is important) to put them in. The staff is amazing! I even grabbed this Frog Log in the pics and as you can see, it’s saving lives! (Don’t mind the green, it’s late fall in those pics!)
