This company if phenomenal. They put a new pool liner in for us. On time, fair pricing, great communication, and fun to work with.
If you need anything pool/spa related I’d pick Carr Pool over and over!
Stopped in for a water test and was greeted and explained the results in detail. One of the test results was close to being outside of the normal range and they took the time to walk me through possible reasons and made suggestions on things to do and look out for. Most of the time you can just tell if the person knows what they are talking about and it was clear they knew water chemistry and was very willing to help.
I’m new to pool maintenance and this will be my go to pool store for test and supplies.
If you have a pool and you need help or chemicals, don't go anywhere else. This is the absolute best pool store around. Very nice people and very informative. We are new pool owners and don't even live near this store but will travel to buy from them.
