Stopped @ the Will Call desk @ the Broken Arrow location for my company Alfa Laval. Quick service. In and out within 5 mins. Product was pulled and staged and the guys were friendly and helpful.

I stopped by the McAlester Oklahoma store on the chance that I could find a part to repair a flight helmet. Although I was obviously not the usual customer, the staff greeted me and found me just the right component needed. This demonstrated to me that they are eager and willing to help every customer, they know their products and will think outside the box to find the perfect application to meet the customers needs. All of that is in itself great for any customer. But I also engaged them in a discussion about an electrical problem that just popped up in my shop. I know BAES does a lot of business with a lot of customers but I always feel like I am their only customer. they are wonderful and so helpful and have always had what I need on hand or super fast delivery.
