The older lady I had was really sweet. However my nails are probably the worst I’ve ever got. She over filed on the right and they all looked lob-sided. So I had to stop her half way and tell her, but she continued almost out of habit. Then she paints them the off white I chose and it was all streaks even after 3 coats and one nail has bubbles. The nail tips I later noticed were not applied correctly and the polish flooded my cuticles. Also, she never cleaned up my cuticles before starting. Not a good experience at all for my nails at least. The lady I used to see there I guess left. Also the nail clippers looked like they had never been cleaned.
Let me start off by saying The nail technician Kathy was a sweet lady. But .... I asked for something very basic and feel like the process just did not meet the expectations ... i'm used to going getting my nails done with Anna at L&V Nails on mingo and 71st who is very detailed and does an amazing job on my nails this time around I had gotten a gift certificate for Christmas that I wanted to use for my 40th birthday coming up. I feel like for what I asked the presentation Could have been better.. plus she didn't even clean up my cuticles.. i always assumed that was part of a manicure 😬 there's glue under my nails and on the side.

Bliss Nail Spa takes wonderful care of you. I have been a patron since it opened over 9 years ago and it is my go-to place. The owners are friendly and professional. I have had pedicures, manicures and acrylic nails from this salon. The staff provides beautiful, quality work. I always receive compliments!
