MyEyeDr. is a highly recommended business with a team of friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Ozment, in particular, is praised for his exceptional bedside manner, making patients feel valued and comfortable. He takes the time to explain complex information and results in a clear and caring way. The staff is also commended for their helpfulness and efficiency. While there may be a wait for glasses, patients are generally happy with the quality of their eyewear.
This office has treated me very well over the past couple of years. The general manager, Ciarra is always so helpful and looks out for your best interests. The entire office staff has treated me like family. They have fixed my problems (and my glasses) numerous times and I really appreciate it. Dr. Ozment has been great, he gets straight to the point (something I appreciate) and answers all my concerns with clear and concise answers. Their support has meant the world to me and I’ll keep coming back!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the frames and lenses. Dr. Ozment is a very friendly and personable Dr with great chair side manner! They are willing to accommodate patients needs and always have smile on their face which makes it feel very welcoming! 10/10 recommend this office for your glasses and contact needs!
Best eye doctor I've ever seen!!! Best service ever and super sweet and considerate staff!! Ciarra and Shelley were absolutely wonderful and Dr. Ozment was extremely helpful and informative. Glad to see the new team is thriving without the old tech.
