Ken performed an inspection for us, and the experience was extraordinarily positive. From the moment we first called him, he took the time to describe his process and what to expect. During the inspection, he was very thorough and he explained his findings in a very easy to understand manner. Ken was a phenomenal inspector. I'm writing this review about 4 years late but his report was very thorough. He included even minor things that may not get fixed by the seller but still something to negotiate for/fix yourself. I truly appreciated his expertise, and the house ended up being a great purchase in hindsight.I wanted to write the review because I'm buying a house in OKC now. Although it is outside of Ken's area, I reached out to him (4 years later) to see if he knew any inspectors here.
