Brown's Handyman Services LLC

Avoid working with Jeremy Brown/ Brown Handyman Services at all costs. We hired this vendor for a simple commercial lighting job to replace bulbs at our business. After partially completing the work, he informed us that additional bulbs needed to be replaced and requested advance payment to finish the job. Because we trusted him, we sent the payment in good faith. The total project cost was over $800. Unfortunately, after receiving the prepayment, he never returned to complete the remaining work. Multiple bulbs that we already paid for were never replaced. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication afterward. We made countless attempts through emails and phone calls, but he became unreachable and never resolved the issue. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly discourage anyone from hiring or trusting Brown Handyman Services for any type of work. Please be careful before sending any upfront payment.
