“I thoroughly enjoyed my membership here. I would drive the 30 min from TU to enjoy the strive pieces with adjustable cams— something I did not expect in this low-key gym. This is definitely a sleeper gym if you want to escape commercial ones. Enjoy the low amount of people and great pieces.”
“Jacob is a great trainer he helped me go from 235lbs to 168lbs I'm now sitting at 190lbs and growing muscle has helped with my confidence as well as my mental health having someone push me”
“My experience with Brenton has been great! He challenges me and is always personable and professional. The gym is clean and the training is top notch!”
