After our home was devastated by a catastrophic fire, we faced the heartbreaking loss of our cherished possessions. (Mostly irreplaceable). All of that paled in comparison to the loss of our sweet dog Brittany. Despite the emotional toll and agonizing eight month wait, Brett, Chris and EVERY contractor that worked on our house were super nice and accommodating! Sparks Construction recently restored my house after a major fire damage. They did an excellent job, within the original budget - a feat that no other contractor that I have hired has accomplished. In addition they worked effectively with the insurance company to make adjustments in the damage assessment. In spite of the trauma caused by a fire in my home, the experience with Sparks Construction was the best I have ever had with any contractor. I highly recommend them.
Could not be more pleased!They were pretty much on time with everything and when there were delays I was kept in the loop. I am extremely happy with my new home. Everything I wanted was accommodated at each step during the construction. I now have an island in my kitchen,a walk-in shower and a PANTRY! Three thing I have never enjoyed before. I was kept abreast of the progress on the house at every stage,and the last few weeks had almost daily briefings with the builder,Kelly Jones. I cannot imagine anyone as considerate of my needs or as patient! I highly recommend Spark’s to anyone in need of new construction restoration or just remodeling. They do excellent work and believe in getting thing right.
