I trained with Khun Khru Adams over 10 years ago got busy with life (school, work, etc.) but have always wanted to return to Muay Thai. I finally found my way back a couple of years ago and have never regretted it. Muay Thai is an awesome workout (especially if you are short on time and want a full body and cardio workout) that never gets boring (I didn't say easy! I said not boring). Talk about interval training! The school has continued to evolve and has awesome instructors and students. Every day that I come to the Academy is like coming home, its very welcoming and friendly environment. There is no aggressive, competitive bodybuilders to listen to, just a friendly work out environment I cant get enough of Muay Thai =D
