“I contracted with Dillon to repair the grout in my master shower. Dillon arrived as agreed and repaired the grout. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the grout broke up and he returned to repair it. After only a few more weeks the grout collapsed again around the drain in the same spot. After contacting Dillon, he stated he would repair the grout with a different material, and we agreed he would come back after the shower had completely dried. That was over two months ago and he has completely ghosted me since. He has not returned my many calls, emails, or text messages. I'm really disappointed, as he was a personable guy and seemed sincere. Unfortunately, my experience is that Dillon does good work, but if there is a problem, then you're completely on your own. I'm now faced with hiring another tile specialist to repair what I already paid Dillon a significant amount to do. Lesson learned.

I was shocked when Dillon contacted me more than 3 months after our initial conversation about the grout repair issue. He explained that a family emergency out of state required him to essentially close the business until it was resolved. He was very apologetic and admitted he should have let me know of the situation. He returned and completed a warranty repair, and I'm hopeful that this repair will be successful.“

“The Guys from Tulsa Premier Cleaning Services were here this morning to clean my living room couch and my dinning chairs. They were fantastic. Before they started they check for any previous damage. They proceeded to clean the furniture. Very organized and taking care of the area. When they finished they offered me the sealer service, that I accepted and they leave everything organized and cleaned. Make recommendations on what to use to clean my floors and let me know that they also do floors and carpets. I recommend them 100% and I definitely will use their services again.“
