I came in, I tried calling but the number at the time didn't seem to work so I figured I might be able to walk in, and I was able to.<br>Be prepared for a language barrier. I showed the front desk girl what I wanted which was cupping and she indicated that I'll also be charged 3 $ for using credit card which I was fine with. However this was my first time doing cupping and I think I may have been confused because I thought it was a stand alone service and now I believe I was supposed to also get a massage with it. When I stated only cupping they agreed to this. I did also receive some massage with it which makes sense since before you can get cupping the therapist has to figure out where the stagnation is.<br>I am in less pain. I do believe it helped quite a bit. Thank you! They were very kind.”

“My experience with Hands on therapy started off not so good due to a misunderstanding between myself and the owner sandy I wasn't happy with the services I received because I got a spa package and after I paid for it I decided to not get a manicure and pedicure that was included in the package and sandy said I could switch for the facial instead of the manicure and pedicure but some how the communication between sandy and I was misunderstood on my part so long story short I was not a happy customer when it was all done and over with so I reached out to sandy to express to her on how I was not satisfied and sandy was so nice and understanding and she apologize to me several times and told me that she never wants anyone to ever be unhappy after leaving her spa so she offered a full refund to me but with her being so nice and understanding with me I said how about you refund me half of what I paid she said no problem she was even willing to meet me half way to give me the refund which she didn't have to do but I told her that I would just pick it up at the spa and I did sandy thank you for going up and beyond to take care of the whole ordeal you are so sweet and I will definitely recommend you also I will be coming in soon for a massage can't wait to meet you in person”
