We suffered roof damage due to a recent hail event. We got a few quotes from different roofers all close in price what stood out was that Ed explained the process to us so we understood how it works as this was our first ever insurance claim No questions remained unanswered. Following our shingle selection , the crew showed up as scheduled worked all day, even staggered their breaks so that some work was getting done all day. The crew did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely , even made a second and third pass with the nail magnet in my dog run. I very much appreciated this. We highly recommend Ed with Mastercraft Roofing and Construction! He has replaced 6 roofs and made other storm related repairs on 3 different properties for us, over a period of 15 years.When you have a storm related claim, you do have a choice. Don't just call a "Roofer" but rather call Ed who is a "Contractor". He will meet with your "Insurance Adjustor" to discuss your claim (in detail) so that you get "everything" your claim deserves!Ed's level of expertise is unmatched in the industry, and he is a Respected Retired Law Officer and can therefore be trusted to do a great job.
