Bought my hot tub from them in the Summer 2023. They were so easy to work with. Delivery was a breeze and they even hooked me up with an electrician who was a lot cheaper than my regular electrician. You will not be disappointed and I love my salt water tub!

Emerald springs has the best selection and service of any place in the metro. Regina and Randy were both very helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery was handled professionally as well. After four months of owning a hot springs hot tub, I highly recommend and would gladly do business with them again. Keep in mind, lots of places sell hot tubs, but when you need service you might be calling an 800# and praying…not the case with Emerald Springs, as they will service what they sell. We couldn’t be happier with ours!

We purchased our hot tub from Emerald Springs in may of last year. After searching around various other places it was apparent that the staff at Emerald Springs valued our business more than anywhere else. They clearly know their product and the industry as well as their competition, also they have been extremely helpful after we took delivery in answering any questions we might have and offering superior customer service. The product is incredible and we have had many hours of enjoyment from the hot tub.
