Let me tell you, I was making appointments and not going to them at different dentist offices over and over because I was super worried about feeling judged or maybe the staff would be exhausted with their job and ready to get me out of there. That was not the case with my appointment today. Dr. Shane Fehrenbach had a great vibe from the start, which made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to meet my needs. He took the time to listen to my concerns and had me feeling less hopeless than when I walked in. I can’t wait to get back to a healthy smile 😊
We are new to the area and I needed to take my little man to the dentist, he is a bit.... over dramatic to say the least. The front office lady was super nice. His dental hygienist was AMAZING with him, so nice, and sweet and explained everything to him. He had a few cavities and she taught him exactly how to reach clear back to the very end of his mouth to scrub away the sugar bugs. The dentist was nice and patient as well, and gave us a few referrals to pediatric dentists in our area. We will be back for a cleaning in a few months, and will recommend this place to all our new friends!! Thanks for taking care of us, and making my little guy less nervous.
