Chad has been checking our roof for years now after storms, and for 4 years he’s said “your roof looks fine” which was bewildering to me because I’ve heard stories of roofers lying especially after a storm to get business, because of his consistent Honesty when we finally did need a roof I knew I’d be calling him. He answered every question promptly, he was clear and polite and helpful. When we finally got scheduled scheduling lady was awesome gave me all the info I needed. The roofers showed up and got to work, they were here at 7AM and gone by noon.

After one of our infamous spring wind storms, I lost a good portion of my shingles off of my admittedly, quite old roof. Chad was able to come out the very next day. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained all the different roofing options in an easy to understand way. He went over all the benefits with the different options, from the type and class of shingle to the color. Over the few days while I was deciding what to do he always picked right the phone and was happy to answer any of my questions or concerns.

All American Roofing is a local, quality and trustworthy company! They were super amazing when I first called, answered all and any questions, and came out within days to assess our roof. We had to go out of town on a family emergency, so we couldn’t be at the house. The man was so sweet to call me before coming out and then called while still there to give me the assessment of the roof. I highly recommend using this wonderful, local company!
