Terry's Pet Palace is a friendly and professional place where dogs are treated like family. They do great work with different breeds, making dogs look good and feel better, especially in the heat. Staff are caring and love dogs and their owners. Many customers are happy with the grooming, and they plan to return for more appointments.
I’ve been taking my dogs there for the past 20yrs. I’ve lived here, moved away, moved back, & gone back to them. They groom my 11yo male Shih Tzu, Cozmo, every 4wks as well as my parent’s dog, Charlie. He looks great every time & they’re the cheapest around. Everyone there is so nice & friendly. If I had one complaint (not rly a complaint, more like a lil gripe) it would be that they don’t accept credit cards. There are simple apps for smaller businesses that will send u a credit card swiper for ur cell phone & it can easily be done that way for free. I did order checks tho specifically to only use here. Toby is my Aussie (16 months old). Today was his first visit to Terry's pet palace. Terry and staff were great with Toby. He looks so much better, they are professionals and love the dogs and their customers. Toby looks fantastic. I will be a return customer....and Toby also agrees.
They have always done excellent work with my Pyrenees St Bernard mix who doesn’t even tolerate a good brushing at home. Trimming him down so we don’t have to sweep up another dog daily in the home is such a blessing and they do a great job. Although my dog looks a little strange after a cut, he feels better in the heat and I’m happier all at the same time. I say he looks strange because when ya see him hairy hairy hairy all winter it’s definitely a different look. Thank you for all you do and I will be calling in an appointment for this year real soon.
