Great Doctor & staff . Always is there for me.
Dr Schafer and Darlene are extremely compassionate! Love them both! The 'new' staff that he chose to keep is a train wreck! Rude! Rude! Rude! Even on the phone! You're only as good as your staff so unfortunately I have switched Drs. Plus, they do not currently have a contract with BCBS of OK. Just one big series of unfortunate events. I'll go back when newer & people friendly staff is in place and they accept BCBS. 😢
