“Called yesterday to get 2nd opinion about my blue heeler, they fit us in today. 1st vet didn't run any test or do any x rays, told us basically nothing could be done, gave 2-3 weeks. Highland went above and beyond. They took x ray and explained what our option are. They are very compassionate and caring. We came up with a game plan and they gave us hope. I will continue to go to highland for a further vet needs. A big thank you to them for telling me what I needed to hear instead of what I wanted to hear. I appreciate the honesty.“
