Summit gas would not turn on gas because they said there was a gas leak and we needed to get it repaired by a plumber. I called Whitehead, who sent a plumber that afternoon. The plumber tested the lines and said there was no gas leak, and the Summit tech was mistaken. Additionally, the Whitehead plumber spoke to Summit on the phone and explained. Furthermore, the plumber wrote a detailed narrative on my invoice explaining the details of his work. I sent that narrative to Summit, and they are now considering paying my Whitehead bill because they made a mistake that cost me $265.50. Thank you Mr. Plumber (sorry I don't recall your name)
I had a leak in my main water line on a Saturday which I know is usually an off day so I called Whitehead and they sent out a very good service man. He took time to explain all the work he was performing and answered questions I had. The service was great and the bill was a bit large I knew it would be because of it being on the wee. If I have any more plumbing issues I will definitely call them first
