Customers say the technician did an excellent job, wonderful technician, asset to A & E. Coils never been so clean. Today repaired dryer, phenomenal job, thank you. Tech found problem within couple minutes, expected a larger problem, well pleased with service, explained in detail what to do. Very informative about machine, so much I didn't understand about it. Great personality, too. First time meeting him, yet my husband and I felt like he was family. Need more customer service like this.
