Been just about a month since I’ve dropped documents off. Haven’t received any update that they are working or even got our paperwork. Called 3 times left voicemails and haven’t had a single call back. Definitely will not be using them again. Probably got screwed on doing our taxes this year bc of their unprofessionalism
Horrible customer service. We left them our documents and in two weeks they promised to prepare our taxes. since we did not receive any confirmation that our taxes were ready and since they don’t answer phone calls ever, we had to come again (from afar) and wait there for almost two hours while they were preparing our taxes. we paid them the same day. after three weeks it turned out they didn’t send our taxes!! we had to wait another hour for them to send them. at the same time the reception is just awful. She was talking with us as if we were garbage. Will never do taxes again with them.
Horrible customer service!Filed 1st week of March and still haven't received my state or federal. It's been hell trying to reach someone from the office and they never call back like they say they will. Wouldn't recommend this company
