I called Cortez and he was at my house within the hour. He is extremely courteous and professional. The whole time he was working he was explaining the process and what he was changing, staying transparent the whole time and getting me the best prices.
We had an absolutely amazing experience using Cortez! We called him out back in August because our floors were flooded from our AC unit. At the time we didn't have the finances to replace our unit, but he did give us financing options. Unfortunately, my husband had been out of work for a month and we had been playing catchup. So, our credit just wasn't what it used to be anymore. He patiently waited for us to get our taxes and then ordered our equipment. He had it out within a week when other people are struggling to get the units. He was very professional about everything and took really good care of us. He even let us borrow window units when we needed the ac turned off until we could get ours back because we had babies who needed the ac. Very professional and all around a nice guy. He will get you taken care of! Our ac and heat have both been used and work WAY TO GOOD! That's definitely a step up from what it was. Our house was all different temperatures in every room, but not anymore. He fixed that issue also. I look forward to using his services in the future if the need arises.
