My family and I rented jet skis and a pontoon with a tube and had the absolute best time. Absolutely recommend renting water crafts from H2O if you are out on Grand Lake.
Let me start out by saying if you’re looking for a beautiful place to just rest your head relax and revitalize then this is the place for you. During my trip I did have a few hiccups at the hotel but as soon as I brought them to the attention of Jorden she took amazing care of me. I’ve been a customer service for a very long time and a lot of people pretend that they know customer service, but she was not pretending this is who she is and without hesitation she instantly apologized and made things right. She is one of the reasons that many people will continue to come back to this place time and time again Besides the great views and host of activities to do also a special shout out to the sleigh ride that we got to enjoy during the Christmas season thank you Shangri-La.
