I called to have them come out, I explained what was going on and they said to contact the city first to make sure that it wasn’t a problem on their end so that I wasn’t charged for them to come out. Sure enough it was an issue caused by a line repair. Thank you so much Wilcox plumbing for being so honest, helpful and saving us some money! Will definitely use them in the future!

Put in a claim with my home warranty and the next day they called and within an hour they were here! Within two hours I had a brand new hot water tank installed and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The guys were quick and very polite. I’d definitely choose them again for my plumbing needs!
