This place was recommended by a gentleman that had Dr. John in 4-H. 😁 This place was amazing from the time they answered the phone to the time I walked out the door. Dr. Whitesell took his time answering all my questions and never made me feel rushed. In fact, I felt I was taking up too much of his time. I truly felt that not only was my fur baby cared for but I, as the owner, was cared for as well. I have worked in customer service and the office staff can make or break a doctor’s practice, this office staff definitely enhances the amazing care you get from the doctor! we will NEVER use anyone other than him!! he always makes sure our babies are taken care of and their sweet vet techs do the same! entirety of the staff is amazing from the moment you walk in the door jess makes sure you know your baby will be taken care of!
We always have the best experiences here! Doc and the entire staff give top notch, professional care every single time! The office and exam rooms are always clean and smell clean as well.
