I’ve been here more than once now, and I continue to have great experiences at Great Clips.
Last time, Kelsy cut my hair and did an amazing job — super creative, thoughtful, and clearly someone who really cares about her work. This time, the manager, Kelli, cut my hair and she was awesome as well. Same level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism.
What really stands out is how consistently good everyone is. Every visit feels welcoming, friendly, and relaxed, and you can tell the whole team takes pride in what they do. I always leave happy with the cut and the experience.

Kelsey was amazing and really did well with Titus, who struggles with sensory issues. She gave him another really awesome design and has him ready for Christmas! She also cut my hair too and did spectacular... especially with contrary hair!
