Justin was a humongous help!!! Very friendly and informative and helped as much as possible the entire time. Even when I wasn't quite approved the first time, he told me what I had to do to become eligible. He was awesome!

Nikki is fantastic and so kind and easy to talk to. She’s knowledgeable, understanding and patient. The thing I love most about Empire is how they genuinely care about your finances and work with you on a loan payment that fits into your budget. These loan places get a bad rep because of the interest rates and bad staff, but Nikki is turning that bad rep around and making the loan process a pleasant and wonderful experience. Loans like this are such a good way to build your credit and it’s nice to have a little safety net if you’re short on funds. I highly recommend Empire.

I didn't get her name but she has a firefighter logo tat on her right arm she was nice n very helpful even tho I got there right at close to closing time she still took the time to help me with my loan and she was nice about everything she didn't try to rush me do she could leave her boss should know she has great customer service and should be giving a raise
