I have only had interior work done, but they did fantastic. The car looked new on the inside. I don't mean clean, NEW. There was no greasy film, and everything felt like it was brand new. I am hesitant to get my car detailed because I want it to be clean, but not greasy. Super happy with my results here.
Y-City Detailing did a WONDERFUL job getting exterior latex paint removed from the interior carpet of my Toyota Tacoma due to a paint can spilling inside of my truck. A Zanesville Lowe's employee did not correctly secure the lid of the can of paint I purchased, and before exiting the Lowe's parking lot, almost the entire quart of paint had spilled inside of my truck. I was both furious and worried that my truck's carpet and rest of the interior would be ruined. Luckily, Y-City Detailing came through! I have no complaints. Friendly staff answered my questions and got me scheduled quickly. They were able to pick up and drop off my car, which made it so much more convenient for me. I had a full detail done, and it took just about the amount of time they said it would. The car looks great. I had never had a car detailed before, but the price felt reasonable to me (in my limited experience). Smooth experience, clean car. I would recommend Y-City if someone asked where to get their car detailed.
