We had to board our 2 Pomskeys for the first time ever. We were nervous since we’ve never boarded any of our babies before. The staff went out of their way to reassure us they would be fine and well cared for. We were not disappointed. Rocket and Si were happy and healthy when we came to get them, they even got Si our shy guy to pose for a picture during playtime. We wouldn’t hesitate to have our guys stay The Winston Pet Hotel again!

We had purchased our little adorable paplion from them, sadly after a couple months he was attacked by our neighbors dogs and passed away. I had let them know what had Happened and they graciously offered to gift us a puppy they had. After a few days in deciding we accepted! And we now have our King Charles cavalier, charlie. He is perfect and part of the family. Our family is very grateful for their kindness . Super nice staff! We have four dogs and take 2 to the groomer there. I always want to see the puppies when I get them groomed and they always let me with a smile on their face! Highly recommend
We finally found a great boarding kennel for our dog! He’s a malinois - and if you aren’t familiar - they require very advanced handling. We’ve had him in 4 different kennels for vacation in the last couple years. Every time has been a disaster, due to inexperience with handling. The Winston was AMAZING! They’re extremely knowledgeable and our Mal was so happy when we picked him up.
