Self care is so important, especially in these busy and stressful times! Stop putting it on hold and visit this beautiful facility. I have been coming here for YEARS and am still in complete awe at how relaxed and rejuvenated I feel after a visit to the sauna and salt float. If you are on the fence about trying it, I'm here to tell you to just try it! You won't regret it!!! My first visit was amazing!! I tried out the infrared sauna and the float pool! Both were great. My experience was amazing from the moment I entered the door. Staff were friendly and welcoming! The place was clean and a calm environment! They thoroughly explained all services and made sure all my questions were answered. The infrared sauna was relaxing! The ability to listen to music and have back rests/towels to help you get comfortable in whatever position you chose was nice! It was a dry heat so I never felt overly hot which was nice! Then I went over to the float pool. The rooms were next to each other so I was able to switch rooms easily and on my own without having to wait which was nice. Robes were offered so you could switch rooms easily. Bathrooms were also close by so I was able to use that in between sessions. The float pool was clean as well and had lots of options to allow you to customize your experience. You could have it quiet or hook up your device to listen to your own music. And they had ear plugs as well. I choose to have it silent. It was so quiet in there I could hear my heart beat at first! It took some time to get used to the lack of stimulation but towards the end of my 45 minute float I was able to fully relax and that was nice! Also enjoy that they sell magnesium products and now sell earthly products!
